A cream cracker is a flat, usually square savoury biscuit. It contains yeast and is typically thicker and approximately 8 cm square. Cream crackers were first manufactured by William Jacob in a small bakery in Dublin, Ireland around 1885.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Edible Vegetable Oil, Milk Solids, Invert Syrup, Edible Starches, Salt, Leaving Agents, Permitted Emulsifiers, And Antioxidants. Contains Permitted Colours And Added Flavours.
